We reserve the right to modify our fees at any time, with reasonable advance notice to our customers. There is no refund policy, we ask our customers to use 14 days free trial first and then subscribe, but you can cancel the plan anytime.

You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or modify any of the content on our platform without our prior written consent.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LastingSales and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, expenses, and liabilities, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms of Service.
LastingSales shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by you for our services during the 12-month period prior to the claim.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your user account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your access to our services will be immediately revoked.
