Customer Support Manager

Job Description
Our growing company is looking for a rock star CSR with excellent writing, communication, and organization skills. This position will be a great learning experience for fresh graduates who are planning to pursue their careers in the field of Inbound Marketing. responsible for managing a number of pre-sales conversations, and will act as a strategic consultant and trusted advisor to our Small and medium-sized enterprise (SMEs) customers.
This person must:
  • Be eager to learn new Marketing Automation and Inbound marketing tools.
  • Have good English writing and communication skills.
  • Be motivated and able to close sales (we provide commission for the sales you close).
  • Be able to communicate with clients via live chat, email, and phone.
  • Be able to persuade and negotiate with potential customers.
  • Be able to manage dozens of emails and chats each day.
  • Be a team player.
  • Deployment, management, and maintenance of virtualization platforms like KVM, VMware ESX/ESXi.
We will provide you with scripts and training to support you with the typical project requirements and tasks. This is a full-time position in Lahore, with office hours from 9 AM to 6 PM
